Work process
From UX/UI design to handover
Research & strategy
I begin by gathering insights through user research, stakeholder interviews and competitor analysis to define clear goals and uncover usability challenges. Personas, journey maps and strategic design briefs guide the direction.
Design & prototype
Using tools like Figma, I craft wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototypes that align with business objectives and user needs, applying accessibility standards and design systems throughout.
Validate & refine
Prototypes are tested with real users, feedback is gathered and refinements are made. Once approved, designs are packaged for development with detailed handover specifications.
